Retouching
Retouching is an important tool used to enhance the quality of your headshot. To meet industry standards, you need a crisp photo that minimizes imperfections without making you look plastic or fake. Blemishes, stray hairs and dark circles under eyes are all examples of minor imperfections that can be removed from photos through retouching.I am skilled at retouching images in a way that does not compromise the integrity of the photo (See Below). I strive to maintain my client’s natural look, while adding just enough glamour and spice for the image to stand out from the pack. I generally use minimal retouching on headshots, but major retouching such as removing beard shadow, thinning arms and changing hair color is available if you desire to greatly alter your appearance. All of the images on my website have been digitally retouched.
I charge a $35.00 flat rate to retouch an image.

What is a composite card?
A composite card “comp card” provides a small collection of pictures and basic stats on card stock or rigid paper. A comp card is used by actors, models, dancers and musicians for auditions and self-promotion. A comp card is an important resource in addition to a headshot. It allows you to introduce yourself to industry professionals in a much more diverse way than with a headshot alone. An example of a comp card is provided below.Sample Comp Card:
